ETHORITY is designed to minimize personal data. The ledger is about systems and artifacts, not people. This page is a draft placeholder until final legal review.

Data we process

  • • Service logs (basic technical metadata for operation and security)
  • • Payment processing data (handled by Stripe, per their policies)
  • • Submitted system metadata (as provided by operators / submitters)

What we avoid

ETHORITY does not aim to store sensitive personal data. If personal data is included inside user-submitted artifacts, the submitter is responsible for lawful basis and minimization.

Public ledger reality

Certain published artifacts are intentionally public and verifiable. If you publish something to the ledger, you should treat it as durable and widely replicable.
