ETHORITY services are operated by ETHORITY & STEN.AI LLC, Levi’s Plaza, San Francisco, California, USA.

2. Nature of service

ETHORITY provides infrastructure for recording observable facts, publishing signed snapshots, and defining lifecycle states. ETHORITY does not provide legal advice, and does not certify, endorse, or approve AI systems.

3. No certification, no guarantee

Verification proves artifact integrity only. Lifecycle states describe governance conditions and continuity rules. ETHORITY makes no guarantee about safety, compliance, legality, or fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use ETHORITY to publish unlawful content, misrepresent system capabilities, or imply endorsement. If a claim is misleading, the appropriate response is a downgrade/revocation event where applicable.

5. Changes

These terms may evolve. Protocol documents and public specifications may change version while preserving auditability of prior states.
